How Long Do You Have?

The return period begins from the day you — or a designated third party — receive the delivery.

Pantry items, packaged groceries, canned goods, and all food-category products can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Household items, personal care, cleaning products, and all non-food category items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Is Your Item Eligible for a Return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions. Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund.

Unused & Original Condition

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Original Packaging

The item must be returned in its original, intact packaging.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or valid proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following goods are strictly exempted from being returned, for safety, hygiene, and practical reasons.

Fresh vegetables, fruits, frozen items, and any other perishable products cannot be returned once delivered.

Personal Care Items

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used personal care items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Altered Items

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

Expired Return Window

Food items returned after 7 days or non-food items returned after 14 days fall outside the eligible return period.
